have you tried heballife shapeworks?
Hi, I too was having difficulty losing weight again after a weeks holiday. I am now using a product by hebalife called shapeworks. I feel full all the time and love their snacks. I also take their cell activator which helps break down the fat in your system and thermo complete which helps stop the cravings. The shakes are so much nicer than thetinned ones found in chemists and supermarkets and i have bags of energy as well!!!!
