Ok I'd say the buttocks is the hardest to lose weight in that area. Put it can be done
Here's some exersizes you can do. It worked for me So it might work for you.
Butt tucks
Lay on the ground and left your butt in the air 3-5 inches. SQUEEZE. hold for 5 min realise
Do this for 10-15 min a day.
Here's a nother one-
Get down on all fours. Now left your leg up as high as it can go then bring it towards your back. Do this for 10 min each leg. This also helps with butt area problimes.
These two things worked for me. And now I have a toned butt.
