There is no secrets just

Drink lots of water 6-8 glasses a day.

Eat right for your body typ- You can find this out from your doctor

Exersize exersize exersize.

Work out with a friend

Stock up on heathy foods and a little snack foods

The measureing cup is your friend- This way you know how much your eating.

Keep at it.
