don't give up. and i will tell you that the worlds most horrible thing is losing a child. whether it be with miscarriage or other ways. (i know, because i lost my daughter when she was 6 weeks old). my sis had 2 miscarriages, and after each of those, she gained alot of weight afterwards. with her, i know she was hurting, but would always say that she wasn't, and that it didn't affect her. well, i know it did, because she turned to food as her comfort. i go through the same "sweet tooth" problems that you go through. its harder for me to just get rid of all the sweets in the house, because i have 4 boys that get their snack every night. and with halloween just a week ago, we still have lots of that candy in the house......(chocolate is my downfall). and let me tell you, you have it even harder with having, as you put it, a chubby chaser husband. because he isn't going to give you the support that you need. my suggestion is this........if you want the sweets, by the sugar/fat free kind. and limit them to one actual serving, measure it. and only have 1 serving a day. and then as time goes by and your eating that 1 serving a day, cut back again if you feel you can. 1 serving every other day. believe me, it does help. i'm at a bad time in my dieting right now where its getting hard for me. just keep your chin up, and don't let that skinny person run you out of the gym. if that person comes in while you are working out, look at them and wonder what you'll look like that skinny, and know that all the working out and eating right that you are doing will get you to where you do look like that. and don't let hubby discourage you. you can do it, we all can. good luck
