In regard to the carb article...I see the logic in the glycemic response for "starchy" carbs..but I simply refuse to believe that potatoes are as evil as people are making them out to be. For example..sweet potatoes have a decent amount of fiber, beta carotene, etc. It is not just some nutritionless food. I dont' see cutting them out completely as being a good thing.

Any thoughts?
