You may lose weight in the short term......but this isn't a 'lifestyle' that one can live with for life. What do you think will happen when you go off this diet? Incidently when you starve yourself, you slow your metabolism. As a result you need few calories. This will eventually lead to weight gain and fat storage. You need a real program that you can live with for life.
