Hello Leana, thanks for the information. I also want to share with you these tips to help you detoxify your body naturally.

1. Consume 1 cup of yogurt daily to help your main body tool to detox/flush toxins. Yogurt has "live bacteria" which help improve your digestive system. If your digestive system is not working properly, then you might suffer from constipation and consequently that bloated feeling.

2. Consuming 8 glasses of water daily also help to FLUSH toxins and hydrate your body.

3. Preparing the famous cabbage soup, celery soup and fennel soup also help you detox your body.

4. Drinking your green tea, anise tea, fennel seed tea... all can help you flush toxins too and boost your metabolism to burn more calories.
