I felt exactly the same way. I never did the lo carbing diets though...just the counting calories and everytime me and my fiance had an argument or I was bored or frustrated...I would immediately stop dieting. So far this time so good, but it's only been two weeks ....I think seeing the results has helped me but I also decided to do something new....get support emotionally! I have this online buddy that is also dieting so when one or the other of us are stuck in a rut we call on each other...it seems to get me back on track and give me a renewed sense of self confidence! That's what has helped me so far...good luck to you!
