At your weight you are on a path to deteriorating health and heart disease. Your BP is above normal and on its way. You are only 27.........its more than time to get serious.
Diet pills are BS....the same thing happened to me when I did them. Unless you have a metabolic disorder, you CAN lose the weight. You have to work with someone (a professional, or a physician) that can analyze your health and create a program, educate you and then make you accountable. That is the only thing that worked for me.
