need affordable diet recipies and plans
hello everyone..i registered her because my girlfriend decided to go on a diet..and i am afraid she might be going about it the wrong way..i know she doesnt eat right..because she complains of headaches...i dont feel she needs to lose weight..but if she is going to do this i want her to do it in a healthy way..i am just in need of some affordable health and diet plans so she can go about doing this in the best way possible..thank you i hope to get some good responses from her and soon..ez, erik
