I used to say all of those things before. I would first ask you give us list of what you are eating all day and te time that you are eating. The reason why I say that is because I was 325 lbs until two years ago until I joined WW. Then after I started writing down what I was eating each day I realized that I was eating enough food to maintain the weight I was. I adjusted and started to slowly reduced my points and the weight slowly came off. AS I lost more weight I began increasing my activity and lost more weight. Don't get me wrong there where days and weeks that nothing came off and that was frustrating. But I keep along the path and each milestone I hit, a small victory was won. First it was be able to weigh myself on our digital scale, it only went up to 300 lbs and read error each time I got on it. The day that it read 298 lbs, I was esctatic. Then continuing down that path I passed 280 then 270 then all of the way down to 235lbs, which I hover around now.
It has to be slow, there is no overnight way of losing, and it appears that you seriously restricting calroies to lose weight and at the same time excersizing. I would suggest the slow way of gradually reducing your weight and then excersizing gradually.
