too much?
hi guys just wondering if anyone can help, i just started my exercise routine and was wondering how long before i see results?
i exercise 6 days a week that consists of 40 mins of intensive aerobics and must have less than 1000 cals aday.
to be honest im not that overweight just need to get two stones off.
any advice appreciated
