You need to understand foods and nutritional values. I didn't even understand there we three different kinds of fat. I saw where you said you didn't eat fast food, and that's great, but you need to understand a lot of the food you get at the supermarket is just about as bad. Processed food contains saturated fats to incresae shelf life, and it is chemically altered to enhance taste. BAD NEWS. Relative to water, you need to drink at least 64 ounces a day. Your body and brain are mostyl water, dehydration is critical and must be avoided. I wrote a specail report on soft drinks available if your interested.
