Joe, your argument sounds really good on the surface, but you've got to admit the logic could be a little contradictory. Let's take a close look at the two lists. Sugar (from the bad list) is a type of carbohydrate (good list). Fats are bad, but fats and oils are good. Calories are bad, but the three sources of dietary calories (fats, carbohydrates, and protein) are good.
I think any nutritionist/health professional would agree that a diet high in protein and dietary fiber is healthy. What I take issue with is the "bad" list.
