Here's some advice

If you are truly exercising as much as you say, and eating less than 1000 calories per day, you will see the weight coming off very quickly. However; you are putting your body into starvation mode. Although you will definitely lose weight quickly, you are slowing down your metabolism at the same time. When you don't consume enough calories to maintain your bodies functions, your body's defense mechanism kicks in and slows itself down.
You will lose weight quickly, but at some point you will start to gain it back. You will wonder why. You will eat even less or exercise even more. You will get frustrated.
Sound familiar?
My advice is to get your body fat percentage taken. Find out your lean body mass. Multiply it by 16.5. This is your approximate resting metabolic rate. Now subtract 200 calories from that number. This is approximately the number of calories you should be consuming per day. Obviously I don't know everything about your situation, so this is only an approximation. Hope this helps.
