Dear, Vasinger I advise you dont eat after 6 p.m, may be it is very hard for you, but try.Our metabolic functions work slowlier after 6-7 p.m and so we have to avoid nutrition in the evening.
I lost 10 lbs. with this simple method. It's so simple avoid food after 6 p.m, but it method is slow,but very effective.
