Hi!

My goal: at least 30 pounds in 7 months.

I've never dieted or really exercised before so I don't really know how to start or what to do. Since starting college I've gained a lot of weight. I'm kind of an emotional eater and recently I've had all this stuff happen all at once - I got engaged on New Year's Eve, then the very next day my fiancee' left for a year in the Middle East... it's been pretty stressful and I've been eating a lot of junk! So with the wedding coming up I'm hoping to lose the extra weight and get some self esteem back. I guess that was a little more than just stepping up and saying hi, but there you are, lol!
