Right diet
Hello Frustrated.
The so called cereal diet that you are on, is very unhealthy and you should stop it immidiately! Not only is it very unhealthy, but it will also cause you to gain weigt in the end!
Like Adele said, there are basic needs that we must forfill every day. That is the right intake of calories, vitamins and other vital substances which we get from the food we eat.
Instead of not eating, you should try and change what you are eating, that will provide you with a slow and proper weight loss that will last you a life time! Focus on eating healthy food and on getting your body back into balance. Losing weight does not mean that you should be hungry. Actually beeing hungry when dieting is a bad thing, so through proper dieting we try to avoid that feeling.
Eating cereals might make you lose a few pounds of body water, but not fat. And the appitite will only make you eat more and then gain more fat. Remember a starved body craves fat and sugar to instantly refuel the tired body.
My advise is to read up on the many good diets and tips around the net and then make a plan that will last you a lifetime.
