Hi,

I so understand your frustration. I don't really know what the answer is, but I do know it's not your plan. Not eating enough throws your body isn't starvation mode and actually makes your metabolism slow down. (lovely right?) Then your just sabatoging yourself because you get soooooo hungry that you make bad decisions on what to eat.

So far the thing that seems to make the most sense to me is the pyramid. There is lots of good information here. http://www.mypyramid.gov/ I was also looking at the site www.weightlossbuddy.com they have some expert speaks that host the chat there a couple of hours in the evening. I was thinking of going there for some suggestions.

I'm also frustrated. I am 47 and I honestly don't have it in me to work out any harder or longer than I am doing. I still have to clean my house and take care of my family. The only place left to cut on calories is my food and I didn't think I was eating that much.
