just a quick question.....
I'm trying desperately to get my eating habits in check and just want to make sure I'm making the right choices, I love pasta and creamy sauces which are obviously out but I don't like tomato based sauces so someone recommended pesto, although when I read the label it seemed very high in fat but low in saturated fat. I'm confused can I have it or not?!!
