Food Logs are the way to go!!
I am an RD and the most successful tool for weight loss and weight management is keeping a food log or food record daily. It helps you see what you eat, how you eat, and emotional cues related to eating!! Good luck and take it a step at a time. Slow weight loss is the only weight loss that lasts!!!
