Hi Adrienne, my name is Kael and I'm trying to lose about 40lbs myself. Congrats on the wedding by the way..I know what you mean with stress and eating. You said you're not sure where to start..maybe by not buying foods that you know that you will eat a lot of when you do give in to emotions will help you with what you're trying to do. I know that helps me...and never go shopping hungry
