new dieter here
Hi all! I just started a new diet today and I am going to need encouragement along the way! I lost 24 pounds in 6 months last year by doing a strict 1200 calorie diet, but I still have about 20 lbs left I want to lose!
I sort of made up my own diet plan based on my schedule, being and work and my pickiness of foods!
I start off with a slim fast shake for breakfast, a lean cuisine for dinner and depending on if I work or not, I will bring a lean cuisine to work or if I am home I will have a low fat peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread with a side of a 100 calorie pack.
I also have another 100 calorie snack after dinner, and one during the day if I get hungry.
IM trying to lose around 20 lbs in maybe 4 months. Well see how it goes!
