i excersise 5 times a week..and im not loosing weight!
hi there, im new to this forum, so i hope it helps! anyway, i eat very good, and i excersise very often, including a personal trainer once a week. why am i not loosing any weight. i have been doing this for a month and a half now....any idea?...i alternate cardio and wieghts every other day, then usually take one or two days off...im getting discouraged. help!
