Hmm, I'm not very good when it comes to actually counting calories to lose weight, i'll admit. Can you actually tell us what you usually eat, when you eat, what kind of cardio do you do?

Also, you just started! Keep the faith. It takes some people awhile to get teh ball rolling (metabolism that is).
