Snacking??

I agree you have some great tips here! And I would like to add that one way to get a great snack is by eating ThePerfectHealthySnack consuming that glass of water. You will be getting many benefits, 8 grams of fiber and the water!! It is an easy snack on the go, with a shake makes a great meal replacement or used as an appetite supressant before meals!
