Smile Hi!

Sounds like you're doing great! Did you know it takes about 3500 calories subtracted from your diet to loose a pound a week? You can do that by watching what you eat and exercising like you posted. Hope you stick with it. I wish I could work with a schedule like that. The job I'm at now doesn't actually have a set break schedule because of so many slow periods throughout the day we're expected to grab and go. Please let me know if its working for you! I love result stories.
