slim fast diet
I always say never start a diet on a Monday so here it is Tuesday & I am going to give the slim fast diet a go, I am currently 160 lbs & want to lose at least 30 lbs ( I am 5'4). Wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tuesday:
BFAST: cup of coffee with splenda & a diet green tea (whoa! I am wearing the bathroom out!!!!!)
jogged 1 mile
LUNCH: chicken breast with green beans
jogged another mile (whew I hope my motivation doesnt wear off)
DINNER: slim fast drink (low carb, low fat) chocolate (tastes pretty good, actually!)
