I am a 48 year old woman who needs desperately to lose about 70 more lbs. I have been doing the weight watchers diet and started at 237 i am now down to 212 so my first goal is to get down to 199 under the 200s then i will set another goal i am starting to have a hard time and i still need to get a daily exercise routine done so i am looking for support to help me stick to thi and to improve in the exercise department thats where my problem lies right now!!
