(I know of this chick who once stabbed her bf in the leg because she was bulimic and cranky. while im no where near that bad i DO find if i am really cutting back too much on food i can get some pretty wild mood swings.
have learned to grab some fruit or raw veggies when i get too cranky and that often will settle me down. or almonds....high calorie but they stave off hunger so you eat less in the long run!
anyways i just felt like telling the world....starving makes you crazy! dont do it!
