Question Hello!!!New to Groups!!!

I just want to start by saying Hello! to everyone. I am new here and was hoping to get some helpfull tips or advice. I use to excerise all through High School. But times change as far as diets and excerise goes. It's been awhile UGH!!! I have recently been to the doctor and DOC told me LOW FAT DIET and EXCERISE!!! Well I was wondering for a beginner where should I begin? I have cut out pop. I have changed the type of sugar for my coffee and even cut down on my coffee!! Whats next??? I was wondering if anyone knows any good websites to find out the things I need to know.Does anyone know where I can get a good excerise routine ro plan? Thanks P.S. Sorry about the post not having much to do with the topic at hand!!!!!
