Great first step, your next step should be to move.Walking is a great excersise, please get a walk video.I like that Sansone woman,and I swear I lost my first 68lbs walking in my own home 5 times a week to those videos.20 min 40or an hour. Start at the shortest amount of time and work your way up.Water aerobics in your area is great or an aerobic class.Grill your meats please eat more veggies and replace killer sweets with fruit and maybe lowfat snacks(low salt or sodium)like frozen yogart with fatfree whipped cream.Drink water,waterand green tea.Believe me it works,If your trying to lose weight green tea will help you do the job.It won't do it for you but it helps you if you cutting back.I've lost 152lbs and I'm a new woman forever!
