My After The Holidays Weight Correction
Okay, so I ate the fruitcake, cookies and drank the egg nog. I'm cleanin' up my act.
I've only gained a pound and a half but I'm sittin' on it and it's got to go.
I'm doing a 9 day cleanse and I expect to release about 5 pounds of extra padding.
Not a lot, but I'm only 4'11" so every ounce shows. I start the cleanse tomorrow. I'll
post more.
