A New Way Of Looking At Weight Loss

I hope you're still out there. I'm so glad to see that you're seeing results for all your hard work and time. When I need to lose weight, I cleanse. That's because environmental wastes get stored in our fat tissues when our bodies intake more than what we can get rid of.
That's why some gurus say you should only safely lose a pound or two per week because if too much of that garbage in your fat cells gets released at once you could get sick. However if you know how to support your body during the cleansing process you can see safe weight loss without such hard work and in less time. You're actually helping your body do what it's trying to do anyway, get rid of wastes.
Cleansing is a very natural thing to do. Many societies of the world cleanse as a way to increase their health and vitality. That's what I do too. It's very restorative and encouraging to see the excess fat just melt away.
The other thing is to not intake things that your body doesn't recognize as food or beneficial to it. That's really hard in our polluted environment. Eat organically. Cut out refined and processed foods. Don't eat trans fats, MSG, or artificial sweeteners. Filter your water, don't use toxic cleaners around your home, etc. The cleaner your food and environment the less strain you'll put on your organs of elimination.
