I am new here so bear with me. This is my first post. First off I would just like to congratulate Raven on getting as far as you did with your diet program. You have gotten further than most people. I guess it is just will power and determination. Anyway, I have an idea on how you can lose those last 10 pounds. The only thing I would have you change is how you eat your meals. If you currently eat three meals/day, why don't you spread those three meals into 6 mini meals throughout the day. By doing this it makes your body metabolize your food more efficiently and thus much less is converted to fat and more for energy. I recommend you try it. Let me know what you thinks, got to go now.
