Hello All-
Well I'm on here for many of the same reasons everyone else is...I'm over weight and I need advise. I'm 25 years old, 5'11 and weight about 190 pounds. It may not sound like much for my height but when I look in the mirror I'm unsatisfied and I know my husband is too. Over the last 7 years I've gained almost 60 lbs. I exercise regularly and eat fairly well but I seem to binge eat. I'll be good for like 5 days eating around 1200 calories (sometimes less which I dont think is that good) but then (like tonight) I totally porked out on 2 big bowls of cereal with whole milk, a bag of potato chips, and a lot of tortilla chips and guacamole. I think it's just the fact that I like eating, and don't eat when I'm hungry, just when I'm bored. Please someone, I need advise...I really want to fit into a bikini again for spring break. Help!
