Raven, if you are constantly dieting your metabolism is slow. You need to rev it up. Try some natural diet aids like green tea. Try using conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) which is a natural fatty acid. Studies have shown that CLA reduces abdominal fat and increases lean muscle mass. You also have to be lifting weights. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism. Hope this helps.
