Raven, This is good advice that 'tcfwl' gives but not the best advice. I have better advice for you. Instead of trying to rev up your metabolism by just using teas and CLA you need to get the waste that has built up over the many years of your life out of you right now! Even if you are not part of the high percentage of people in the world that have parasites I guarantee you have at least 5 to 10 pound of waste stored up in your body and coating your intestines. Not only is this unhealthy now but it will lead to diseases later on in life. Also, it causes your body's metabolism to be thrown out of balance. You really need to go to my home page and read the information you find there. There is a natural way to get this stuff out of you. If your only talking about losing 10 pounds this can happen literally in one or two days when your body eliminates all this excess waste. I must warn you some of the pictures are pretty gross when you see what will come out of you. I've seen some pretty nasty stuff come out of even hard core vegetarians who exercise regularly and look pretty healthy from the outside. But, you can't judge a book by the cover.
