I need your help!
I am a 27 yr old woman, who is in fairly decent shape. I try to take care of myself, but it feels, that no matter how hard I try I cannot lose the last 10 lbs! I workout just about everyday, trying to change it up. I do everything from running, elliptical, pilates, weights....and everything in between! My eating could definately improve....but I just get so frustrated! I would definately appreciate any advice! Thank you so much!
