god it sounds like your doing pretty well to me with all that exercise! i dont know how this diet would work out for you, but maybe you would like to give it a try.

Basically, you pick three foods that your really naughty with eg chocolate, white bread and cheese and switch those with three good foods like dried fruit, granary/wholemeal bread and a low fat philidephia just for example. i think its pretty good because it wont affect your social life or restrict your food intake greatly which is important since you do all that exercise =]
