Got em!!!!!!
Got my redusyn today, but will start them tomorrow, You are right the best time to take them would be in the morning, I will also write everything, even the bad stuff (which I hope that there is none) I will also forget the yummies, that is one of the things I will leave out. I am gonna try eating plain popcorn at night, someone told me that it is OK to munch on that at night in front of the tube. What do you think??
