I like a big breakfats, use to eat fried eggs with hash browns and toast, but now I eat a yogurt, grain cereal with low fat milk and as much fruit as I want, but I haven't needed the fruit yet, and I can't believe that at lunch time I wasn't as hungry as I use to be, and last night I didn't even want the popcorn. I am not sure how much a popcorn machine, got this one for a birthday years ago, but never used it (liked my popcorn with butter before) but I think that they are worth the money at any price. Keep me posted!!!!!
