Read it if you can, I would love feed back (as in, tell me your stories) and how you went through it. It's so hard! But, I am determined.

Goals: Lose 190 pounds in 2 years (Before I graduate High school!) Which is in 2 years and 3 months! Alot to go.

Drink ALOT of water. Atleast 2 gallons a day.

Work out 5 times a week. then to 6, and then maybe even 7 once I get into the habit.

You might think I am over working myself, but I am not. I might be overweight, but I can go along way on a treadmill

So, please dont make me regret doing this =p I am so embarassed. I'm usually really embarassed talking about my weight.

I think its fantastic that you are changing your life like that. though 190 is a lot to loose! are you sure u actually need 2? have you checked your Body Mass Index, coz you might be surprised.

Im always embarassed talking about my weight too, but the more you do it here the easier it will get I think. Does your family know your on a healthy eating plan?
