This is the 14th day. I just took my redusyn pill after having weighed myself. I have lost 1,5 lbs! That is amazing. I guess I should play squash more often! :-) I have lost 13 lbs since I started to take diet pills. You should really start exercising too. There are so many different kind of sports. I am sure you will find something you like. Biking of swimming is great! Or what about jogging?
