WE have all been there before. It is a challenge to break habits, especially when you still have to eat. I think the important thing is to allow yourself some room to have "non-diet food" once in a while. This way you won't beat yourself up and give up all of your hard work just because you messed up. You can also plan portions for your "non-diet" food instead of going on a binge. Make sure to drink plenty of water to help fill you up.

One thing that has helped me is to not buy anything that would tempt me, even for my kids. I also buy lots of fresh veggies and I eat them because I don't want to waste them. I have also found that I enjoy them lots more!!

Good luck. And pat yourself on the back for your desire to be healthy. Repeat after me, "I control what I eat." "I want a healthy body." "I can do this!!"
