keep eating protein...

I found a lot of useful hints at a site entitled "NoJokeDiet" and talked with my doctor. I know this won't work for everyone but I really think these hints did me wonders.

Regarding your lack of hunger...that is wonderful news. But, I would encourage you to keep eating. It really is not natural to run on empty. More importantly, if you lose muscle mass you will lose metabolic rate. The more muscle the more calories your body burns at a resting rate.

Keep to the gym, eat healthy and continue to keep protein in your diet.
