Hey All,
I thought I would let you know I did end up purchasing the `weight loss 4 idiots' program. From what I can see the only drawback for this company is they don't give you enough information without you having to sign up. You actually get a truckload of information and it tells you a sensible way to eat - and YES it does involve eating different foods on different days. It easy to follow - the meals are `normal ' and you don't need special ingredients.
Now on my last email I got a response from `Chef Brian' telling me what I should do and as it turns out this program is not unlike that advice. However, I found it interesting that Chef Brian said `weight loss 4 idiots' they just want a piece of the action, but does he not want the same thing? I went into his website and found a first steps program and to my surprise (not) you to had to enter your details and then purchase the program. I also noticed his reply to another member about the shakes. 2 out of 2 responses that may hopefully sway one to `go with the competition'.
Having said that, I will say that Chef Brians site is informative and offers a lot of great stuff. BUT in relation to my `weight loss 4 idiots' program (its called that cause its so easy to understand) I think its worthwhile.
