Abdominal Weight

I am really struggling with abdominal weight, especially on the backside. I don't really know how to target this area although I imagine sensible diet is the first way. I just keeping hoping it away. I am lucky to be be tall so it doesn't appear so unsightly but I know its there and I get tired of looking in the mirror.

I hope I can get a idea of what a decent weight-loss calorie intake should be. I am 6'4 268lbs and would like to get down to 235. Are there any free on-line food tracking programs?
