It is difficult to spot reduce. Think of fat in layers, and it gets burned off in layers. A good way to strenghten those abs, obliques, etc. is Pilates. I really like Denise Austin's videos. Exercise and eat well and you can burn off those layers and get rid of love handles. I am working on getting rid of mine as well. Good Luck and let us know how you are doing!!
