Hey there, I just saw this post...so exciting to see Brian getting some people in an online community excited about living healthy for the long-term.

I would suggest placing vanilla protein shake mix in the equation for your recipe and leaving out the baking cocoa as well.

But, he has a ton of recipes on his site that include things like Blueberry Vanilla Cheesecake protein shakes...Banana Cream Pie Protein Shakes. All kinds of great stuff that would leave the chocolate out.

Brian and his "NJD" perspective really enables you to do and live without sacrificing on eating. Yes, you will have to make some lifestyle choices...you can't be in perfect shape and eat white bread, red meat and fried food. But, you can balance and bolster your metabolism through some of his simple suggestions.
